Comfort & Quiet - Carroll Gardens House is a private residence. As such, we ask that our guests be respectful at all times of the permanent residents of the building. CGH is NOT a party house. It is a 130-year-old brownstone on a quiet, tree-lined block. Please keep voices and footsteps low for the comfort of the neighbors above and below.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you have cancelled we will refund you 100%.
Smoking Policy – there is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or outside on the deck.
