BIKE FIT
involves body measurement and assessment, present position analysis, Professional-level Motion-capture and fitting of appropriate equipment. You get the best position you can for improving your power, speed and comfort.

Duration: 3-3.5 hours
POWER/HEART RATE Max Testing
uses either our Cycleops Trainer and PowerTap Wireless system or you can bring your Indoor Trainer (with or without power) to ascertain fitness, training zones and seasonal progression. It can be a submaximal, maximal or threshold test. Your heart rate and power data are used to calculate training zones and a personalized SMART training zone spreadsheet is produced. A resting VO2max "Fit test" can be done beforehand using the Polar S710.

Full-Body composition testing *Not available at present
uses a Maltron BIA whole body analyser to analyse fat, lean, dry and water weight together with metabolic rate. Suggested adjustments to diet and training are made and this can be used to plot seasonal variation - this includes a spreadsheet report of your data e-mailled to you. Suggested re-test 12-16 weeks. In some instances the Maltron BIA will be mailed to you by special delivery.

One-to-one training consultations
includes informal discussion to ascertain assesment of present training, discussion on nutrition and equipmet being used and prescription of changes to action. This allows all your questions to be answered and a path to your goals planned. A questionnaire is sent beforehand to ensure maximum use of time and to allow a better understanding of your situation and needs.

Fee: £55.00 - 2 hours
Nutrition analysis and programmes
includes present dietary habit assessment, discussion on training/racing issues and full diet changes and sports nutrition strategy prescription. This allows all your questions to be answered and a path to your body composition and performance goals to be planned. A questionnaire is sent beforehand to ensure maximum use of time and to allow a better understanding of the athletes situation and needs.

Pro-service
includes Bike Fit, MAX test and Personalized Zones assessment. This is a perfect "one-stop" visit, ideal for athletes travelling several hours and wanting a professional once over.

includes Bike Fit, MAX test, Personalized Zones assessment and 1hr training consultation. This gives the athlete maximum bike speed, comfort and personal training knowledge.

Pro-service EXTRA
includes Bike Fit, MAX test, Personalized Zones assessment, 1-hour training consultation and a two-hour 1-2-1 bike session. This is the ultimate athlete service for a complete coaching day.
