All Paid-up athletes receive:

Responses to all e-mails. phone and text messages within approx 48 hours

The latest coaching knowledge, JBST-tools* and cutting edge research advice

Only personalised programmes and advice, not previously prepared one-fits-all "scams"

Full data privacy - consent to publish athlete data elsewhere will always be sought

Value for money professional services, where possible with discounts for loyalty

Notes:

At times athlete e-mails/testimonials may be published on the website. All athlete data is stored on stand-alone Mac computers with password protected access. When coaching ceases before end of contract athletes receive pro-rata the remaining balance less £20.00. At times e-mail-only communication may occur between coach and athlete, for example, when coaching abroad. Should coaching fail to live up to your expectations and JBST's high standards you will be credited with the number of weeks/months agreed on by both parties to be in lieu. It is the athletes responsibility to set up, maintain and direct debits/standing orders. Use of JBST online diary and access to special areas after coaching ceases may not be possible.

*Use of JBST tools as per coaching service allowance - athletes must ask to use these items.
