How do I purchase tickets?
You may purchase tickets online, by mail or in person. Purchase dates for a particular Visiting Scholar event will be posted on the Web site.
• By mail – Send us the registration form together with your check. If you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope, we will send you the tickets by return mail. Otherwise you may pick up your tickets the night of the event or at the church during normal business hours.
• In person, come to the Care and Counseling office during normal business hours. If you plan to pick up tickets the night of the event, please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
What is the seating policy?
Seating is first come, first served. The sanctuary at Village Church seats approximately 800 people. The first 800 ticket holders for a particular event will be guaranteed sanctuary seating provided the ticket holder is seated 10 minutes before the event begins. Some of these seats are in the balcony. Video seating in the chapel and in Friendship Hall are available to those ticket holders not guaranteed sanctuary seating.
Is there a deadline for ticket purchase?
Tickets will be sold until the relevant session begins. The advance purchase price is honored until 4 PM the day of the event for a Friday evening session and until the end of the preceding day for a second session of a two-day event.

Where do I park?
The church parking lots are directly to the north and south of the building. Parking will be available in all Village Church parking lots.
