After having taught art and technology for a quarter of a century, it kind of gets under your skin in the best kind of way. A lot of people told me to “throw all of that stuff away” and I am here to tell you that it was equivalent to losing a limb. I did not throw it away, instead it moved with me from my first to my second and to my third and final public school.
