We are back, sometimes change is not a good thing, and I decided that it’s Ok to go back.  After searching for a nice place to hold the event with a clean and quiet ambiance, it is back at the Comfort Suites.  We will have only one classroom this year and it is in the boardroom, with good lighting and a very nice atmosphere for learning.  I am excited and relieved, I had to make a choice, either go big or go back and I liked it the way it was.  I liked our crowded circle of fiber friends.

Hand spun Skein contest-Enter your skein into one of four categories:

Lace-Worsted-Sock & Art yarn you must be entered by 12:00pm Saturday for the judging.  You may enter one skein per category, Check out the tab at the top of this page for more information.

Remember Cake Walks, how about a Cake of Yarn Walk?  You won’t want to miss this event.

Saturday I have some foolishness up my sleeve, you will have to wait and see just what this foolishness is!!!!  Involves spinning and knitting, with friends.

Fashion Show Saturday evening 6pm-7pm?

This is your chance to show what you got!!!   From socks, sweaters, to hats and anything that you have made by hand this last year.  Start now you will still have time, it is great to oooouuuuu and ahhhhh the beautiful handmade articles. 

Donations of Hats for Veterans, knit a cap and we will donate them to the Christmas with the Hospitalized Vets" show, that has been organized by  Jeff  Dentice for the past 23 years.
