Need help with Blackboard? You have several options:
 
• The FCIT Faculty Support team is now located in the Laptop Lounge, EDU 252. The Lounge is open Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
 
• Academic Computing Faculty Support is available by phone Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM at 974-3286. 
 
• Student support for Blackboard is available at 974-1222 during library hours.
 
• Tutorials, videos, and downloadable guides are available at http://www.acomp.usf.edu.
 
• For a complete guide to submitting e-grades on Blackboard, visit http://isis.acomp.usf.edu/e-Grades/.
 
• Academic Computing also offers free scheduled workshops about Blackboard and many other topics. View AComp's training calendar at http://www.acomp.usf.edu/group/training/.
 
• The Center for 21st Century Teaching Excellence offers Blackboard tutorials on their website, http://www.cte.usf.edu/.
