My Life...............
I am writing you this letter to explain the character and innocence of a man seeking to regain his freedom, as well as the right to father his two little girls who feel abandoned by their mother at 2 months of age but by father at ages 8 and 9.

As a patriotic Veteran honorably discharged with good conduct, I am aware that freedom and protection of justice is a constant struggle to defend and one my grandfather knows well. We are both aware of your standing as this country’s top governors and an enviable presidential hopeful.

The ARKids program is brilliant. Setting a course for the nation to follow into the new millennium. Unfortunately, Benton County Health and Human Services has found a way to undermine that protection our children relish. Simply by changing the Medicaid numbers, allowing my wages to be garnished for a period of nine months to pay for attorney fees and medical bills, for which my children had protection with the ARKids program. The attorney fees are a horse of another color to which this day I do not understand.

These programs are vital to our children! Benton County Health and Human Services, no matter how powerful, should not be allowed to undermine the lower income children of this state. The ramifications of this problem as you will know are horrendous. The loss is much more than freedom.

As for the law and the cruel injustice brought forth to all of my family through the rhetoric of accusations, innocence is all I have to offer and freedom is all I ask.

Thank you,
Chris White

To know who your father is.......I love my brother and growing up with him and my sisters were everything to me. We were all born in Missouri and we were living in Kansas City when my parents moved their children to Arkansas for what they had hoped would be a better life for their children. We moved to Arkansas when Chris was in middle school, it was around 9th grade. We all loved Arkansas and the small town living. Chris took to the country like a kid in a candy store. He loves the out doors and growing up on Beaver Lake brought amazing memories for our family. My parents had a houseboat out at Rocky Branch and a bass boat, you could always catch Chris either on the lake or out in the boat. It was something as a FAMILY we all loved doing. My parents owned a beautiful house on Beaver Lake growing up and my parents always seem to have a house full of kids and company growing up. My parents loved to entertain! Summer was the time to come to the White’s house. Always barbecue and good food cookin when Ron was around. My dad loved to cook. And friends and family loved to come eat when Ron was cookin!!

After Chris graduated from High School my dad wanted him to join the services. Chris always said it was the second best decision that was made for him by his dad the first was my dad tellin Chris don’t let them take your kids......you’ll never seem them! My dad was right.

Chris served 3 1/2 years in the Navy. Chris did boot camp in the Great Lakes, IL from there Chris headed to Virginia Beach,VA were he was on the Ship the U.S.S Nassau, the ship carried helicopters, attack aircraft planes and amphibious vehicles. Chris job on the ship was working on the helicopters and aircraft planes. Chris returned home with an honorable discharge of being out to sea for 2 years. He was ready to come home. Chris returned home in summer of 1992. My parents had opened a business in Downtown Rogers called Fabric Landing. The bought the old historical building called “Corner Landing” It was a family owned and operated business that sold fabric and upholstery and Laura the oldest sister began running a very profitable upholstery business which she still does today.

Chris took a job at First Brands in Rogers. This is were he met Leeah, Alexa and Ashtens birth mother. Chris began dating Leeah who had 3 children of her own. One daughter and two sons the daughter was the oldest. She was around 10 when and the boys were younger one being an infant. Leeah became pregnant while Chris and Leeah were dating. Chris and Leeah married shortly before Alexa was born. Leeah became pregnant again shortly after Alexa was born with Ashten. Six month after Ashten was born Leeah left Chris for another man.

Chris’s life was forever changed. Not something he asked for but being a single father and no help from the birth mother was very hard on Chris. But to this day he loves Leeah because she is the mother of his children and that he can not change.

Chris can not changed history nor can we but I can assure you one thing my brother is innocent. http://youtube.com/jlnataliehttp://youtube.com/jlnatalieshapeimage_1_link_0shapeimage_1_link_1
