After years of requests, cake decorating classes are being offered!

These courses provide the building blocks for decorating with buttercream, at home and from scratch. They are great for everyone, from the experienced to those simply interested in getting their feet wet. All courses cover the essentials of good decorating technique, and basic floral arrangements and inscriptions. Due to the small class size, we are able to tailor your workshop time and lessons to your level.
Each class includes individual workshop time at the end, for the opportunity to practice the day’s lessons.

• New classes will be posted here as soon as they are scheduled, so please check back.
• Payment is due with registration, as space is limited.
• Call our main office at 212.465.1530 to sign up. Thank you.
