Hello, my name is John LaFreniere and I am pictured here with my wife Sherry and our dogs Sophie and Sandy, my close friend Scott and Mollie and Mom’s dog Frankie.    Endurance sports are a big part of my life, they have allowed me to meet new friends and visit new places over the last 3-4 years.  I look forward to expanding those places visited to perhaps a little place called Kona in the years to come!
