Do you see a landscape as something to be dominated by humans, or one to be managed by humans for their own future enjoyment and benefit or do you see nature as something humans should not meddle with?

I fall into that middle group who think they should learn enough about nature to manage the earth for ourselves and future generations. We humans are part of nature, not apart from it.  Like great art, nature is to be appreciated, managed and conserved.
