Not a ton of things to report at this time.  I have  a few projects in the works, but none of which I can talk about at this time.  Hopefully I can share more later.

In the mean time, here you can see actor Mikko Nousiainen from Finland.  He is to play the Finnish leader, Mannerheim, in a film of the same name.  For the press event announcing the film, I flew to Helsinki where I did a simple aging makeup on Mikko.  However, since there was no time to make prosthetics, I was not able to believably age him all the way to 72 years as the producers wanted.

So, upon arrival back at the design studio, I spent about 3 days finishing the aging work in photoshop so they would have an image of Mikko for the press, as close to what he will look like in the final makeup.

The second photo, you see the final result.  I completed the aging, (as well as put a few extra kilos on Mikko and even altered some costuming bits to be more accurate).  Not only did I age the actor, but I also tried aging the photo a bit to look like an old photograph.

It was received by the Finnish press and public quite well I am told. 

The film, to be directed by Renny Harlin begins productioni later this year.  Below you see Mikko with director, Harlin.
