This Atlas missile is displayed prone in its transportation trailer. The Mercury capsule is a mockup with an escape tower. The spacecraft adapter is missing from the front of the Atlas (see example). The lettering 'UNITED STATES' should be 90º around the circumference (on the top and bottom of the missile body at this angle). It has been well cared for with fresh paint and no apparent rust.
