Students were able to see what learning objectives are as they are posted on the white board in our classroom.  We have an objective for reading, writing and math.  Our objective in reading is to clarify for meaning.  We learned that the word “occur” = happen.  Speaking of equivalents, in math we learned about equivalent numbers.  In writing, we are learning to read and listen for ideas that need to be clarified.

 

We also added Mrs. Fox to our list of classroom helpers.  Mrs. Fox will be reading with each student on a voluntary basis.
