Leave your car with confidence while you cycle the C2C (Sea to Sea ie Irish Sea to North Sea) or the Reivers or the Hadrian’s Cycle Ways or the Cumbria Cycle Way for a *voluntary contribution per car to Animal Concern Cumbria - a local animal rescue and re-homing charity . *£3 or£4 per night is suggested. *    You can find Parton on the Sustrans C2C map, just north of Whitehaven (NX977201).
*    It’s just over a mile of cycle path riding to the Whitehaven start of the C2C route.
*    You can get a C2C card and have it stamped.
*    The village of Parton has a (request stop) railway station.

Please note that although the area is secluded, well away from any main thoroughfare, privately owned and rarely unoccupied, parking is entirely at your own risk.
