  1. Kept Editorial staff of daily newspaper on deadline; in two months drop times moved from 1:30am to 10:50pm (deadline was 11pm).

  2. Provided first-level technical support for 200+ student workers; reducing the need to contact I.T. from five nights a week to a few nights each month.

  3. Asked by supervisor to led three sessions of classes on MacOS X, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign; students were prepared to create digital illustrations after four hours of instruction.

  4. Praised by supervisors for providing clear agenda and well-written minutes of staff meetings; which reduced one weekly meeting from two hours to less than one hour.

  5. Chosen to establish a quality-control team for company’s print publications; print errors reduced 50% after first meeting, and to 10% of previous levels after a month.

  6. Improved and maintained communication between editorial staff, I.T., and management; reports of technical issues dropped from 5-6 a day per department to a few per week for all departments.
