The Weather Is Warmer!
 
We almost hit 20 degrees today which is making the snow melt and the ice form.  We aren’t sure if it is harder to walk/run in snow or with hidden sheets of ice along the sidewalk.  We all enjoyed watching our teacher do a little dance today as she caught herself from falling!  Some of us are starting to double our number of laps done each morning as we start to get in better shape.  
 
Due to our success with cutting down on unhealthy beverages, we will continue the nutrition challenge for the rest of the month.  Each day, you will receive 2 Frequent Flyer miles giving up the pop.  This rule only applies if it is a continuation of the day before.  This includes all forms of diet or regular pop as well as punch, Kool-Aid, and other sweetened beverages!
