to honor our employees.  It’s a pretty big deal for us since we have about 700 employees.  When combined with their spouses the group can get pretty large.   Our event planner is always looking for new and unusual talent and entertainment for the evening.  This year she decided to look inside the company for the evenings entertainment.  The process we went through spawned and idea.  She asked me to produce and “Idol” style video to show kinda what we went through to plan this years event.  We call it “Niello Idol...”
