The Nevada County Chernobyl Children’s Project brings
disadvantaged children from the nuclear contaminated areas of Belarus for a 6 week summer health vacation to Placer and Nevada County in CA.. These are kids that suffer from the fallout of the Chernobyl reactor accident in June of 1986 and would otherwise never receive this much needed benefit.
