Freestyle Jui-Jitsu MMA

Freestyle Jui Jitsu is the most effective method of Mixed Martial Arts and self defense available today and is the combination of several grappling and standup arts including Sambo, Judo, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Shoot Fighting, Freestyle Wrestling, Pancration, Hapkido, Western Boxing, and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
