DESKTOP YOGA:  Increase Peace and Productivity in the workplace.  The first half of this seminar will be a simple yoga class exploring different stretches and techniques that can be used in the confines of a chair or cubicle.   We’ll also talk about the benefits yoga can bring to the workplace, including improved morale, creative problem solving, and less sick days.  
 
The second half of the program will focus on the specific functions of your company.  Yoga is used for different things at different times.  We’ll talk about how yoga specifically applies to your company, and how you can incorporate different techniques for different responsibilities.
 
YOGA IN THE CAR:  Arrive at work or home in the right state of mind.  A seminar based on  our critically acclaimed **CD, this is the only gentle yoga series designed specifically for the car, easing the physical tension of a long commute, and alleviating traffic anxiety and road rage.
