Mosswood’sWillow: Purebred 2008 filly (Declaration X EMH As Good As It Gets-”Macy”) This is a candid shot at three months). See a brief video of Willow as a suckling and a 3 month old HERE. See a very brief video (update) of her as a yearling HERE. Willow is a liver chestnut and an absolutely stunning filly. Her dam is now our best endurance prospect -- not counting our stallion of course. Willow, following in her parent’s footsteps, stood completely still for her first encounter with fly spray. She is curious, smart and sweet. Willow is strongly bred to Ulendon through multiple sons and will be a highly predictable producer of classic Morgan type, including a stunning head. Click on her name to see more pictures. Click HERE to see her dam’s exceptional pedigree and HERE to see more pictures. Willow is TALL and should mature about 15.2+ H.$9,500. SALE PRICE for limited time: $8500!
Selah’s Declared Revelry: Declaration X “Nora.” Pictured below (credits to Selah Morgans and Cindy Taylor) Rev is now called “Indy by his owner, who loves him! He is an unflappable, great CDE prospect; very sweet! Will finish about 15.1 H. Registered Morgan. Click on his name to see more and link to video of his superb gaits. Full sibling is Falcon. (See above)SOLD
Mosswo0d’s Meadow: (10 months at left with sawdust in her mane and below at 2 years) Declaration X WAR Codycadero. Playful, easy and sweet Morgan foaled 5/10/07. Great bone and fabulous disposition. She has both suspension and stride. Meadow is a big filly, Well over 15H at 2yrs. See VIDEO of Meadow HERE. Will end up 15.3 - 16H. SOLD (Photo by Kari Chandler)
Mosswoods Falcon (Declaration X Coachman’s Simplistic) Foaled 2008 and pictured at left and above. Falcon was going to be gelded this year. We decided against it -- at least for now. He is maturing into a great stallion prospect. He is a bright golden buckskin with excellent gaits and good size, likely maturing to at least 15.1. His full brother, Selah’s Declared Revelry (now called Indy) is also stunning (see his pics on the great geldings page). Both boys are athletic, a judgment which Indy’s owners might characterize as an understatement. We have Indy’s video HERE. Video of FALCON at 2 days *CLICK HERE* . Videos of him at one year are HEREand HERE. Early pictures HERE. For video at 6 months click HERE. Click HERE for Nora’s pedigree. Price: $8,500.
Mosswood’s Laurel: TB cross. (pics above and to left as a 4 year old), is by Declaration out of Charlie’s Lass; foaled 2005. Laurel will probably finish at 15.2-15.3H. She has been in professional training, most recently with Kim Keppick (riding above), and is sweet, athletic, and blessed with a superb work ethic -- like her sire. She is very easy to ride and has three excellent gaits. She loves to jump, doing all in good form. Recently, she picked up flying changes on her first try. See more of Laurel on the “featured horse for sale” page. Video of Laurel as a coming three year old (before training and at liberty) is HERE. Video of Laurel’s dam is HERE. Video of Laurel working under saddle last year (after just one month of training) is HERE. Video of her in training as a 4 year old with Kim Keppick is HERE. Her price, set in consultation with her trainer, reflects both her progress to date and her potential. $13,500. More video coming soon.
