The Most Unbelievable Biscuits EVER
2 sticks of real butter softened
2c. self rising flour
8oz. sour cream
Mix lightly, just until ingrediants are not quite 100% blended. Any more and they are just too tough. Then drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 for ten minutes.
When they are finished, let them cool five minutes and eat. But don’t serve them in on a towel or cloth, the are simply too buttery and will just saturate the fabric.
They are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The best you have ever tasted. But if you want to go one better, add cheddar cheese, chopped scallions and bacon bits.
