Part of Twin Oaks Airparks rental policy is that renters carry Renters Insurance.  A policy that is good for a year ranges from around $400 to $650 depending on how much coverage you need.  The amount of coverage that you need depends on the aircraft that you are flying.  If you are flying just the Cessna 150’s you will not need as much coverage as you do when flying a high performance retractable landing gear airplane such as a Piper Comanche.  The insurance policy will typically cover you on aircraft outside of the Twin Oaks rental fleet so if you have a friend or family member nice enough to let you fly their plane you will be covered.
