With one loving owner since 1977 this home is a reflection of all that has come since.

     This home is the original Martin Acres Pop top and it was designed with family, art and openness.  This house is full of large, unconventional spaces that can either be left alone to maintain the free flow of space through the addition, or, a new owner can use the existing framework and add a new generation of flare.

     The fantastic south-facing roof originally had solar thermal panels, and the south wall was originally designed to be a tromb wall.

     This house was ahead of it’s time when it was remodeled in the early eighties.

     With the new and more mature movement toward alternative energy, this house’s time has finally come.
