Dave is the senior pastor and primary teacher at Rogue Valley Fellowship.  Dave has a heart for unity and maturity in the Body of Christ.  To this end, he loves teaching the Word at home and abroad.  He often speaks at retreats and conferences, bringing a message of loving Christ and loving each other.  Dave gave his life to Jesus at the age of twelve.  He was raised, fed, and served in a Godly church.  He graduated Christian High School in 1974.  He attended Biola University, Calvary Chapel Bible College, and has taken enrichment courses from Monterey Bay Bible Institute, and Western Theological Seminary.  Dave and Joy have been married for 31 years.  They have three sons and two daughter-in-laws, Jared and Alisha, Brad, Philip and Elisha.

Ron and Leslie Ashpole

Ron Ashpole currently serves as the Missions and Family Pastor at RVF. He and his wife Leslie began leading mission teams to foreign countries in 1986. For nearly 20 years, they have been leading teams to multiple places within the United States and internationally. The Ashpoles (Ron, Leslie, Sarah, and Danielle) have always had the goal to share the love of God with people through practical hands-on care.

Jared and Alisha Booye

Jared oversees the JR High ministry, is part of the pulpit teaching team, and is involved in the creative development of the church.  He received Christ at a young age, and was brought up in the love and service of the Lord.  He attended Calvary Chapel Bible College, Bethany University, and is currently furthering his knowledge of the Word at Pacific Bible College.  Jared has been full-time on staff since 2000.  Jared and Alisha were married in 2003.  They love bike riding, skate boarding, and rabel-rousing  with their little dogs, Jazzy and Paris. Jared’s desire is to see Believers launched into a committed walk with Christ.

Kenner and Stephanie Gotzman

Santiago is responsible for pastoral care, preaching, and outreach to the hispanic congregation. He was the senior pastor of Embassy of God church in Medford for 3 years. In 2000, he brought his congregation to join the family at Rogue Valley Fellowship. Santiago has known the Lord since he was 15 years old and his heart is preaching the word and reaching out to the lost. He and  his wife Leonor have three children: Damaris, Ruth, and Edgar.

Kenner is the Administrative Pastor, oversees the Children ministry and is part of the pulpit teaching team.  He has been a member of Rogue Valley Fellowship since 1996 and has been on fulltime staff for the last five years.  Kenner was lead to Christ and baptized by his father at the age of nine.  He graduated from Cascade Christian high school in 2002 and is carrying on his studies at Pacific Bible College.  Kenner’s heart is to see believer’s lives changed as they grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus.  Kenner and Stephanie have been married for four years, and have two kids named Jordyn and Hudson.

Matt Sweeny

Matt Sweeney serves as an outside pastor specializing in youth caught up in the Juvenile Justice System.  He works full time with Rogue Valley Youth for Christ and has been designated by Jackson County as the head chaplain for the local Juvenile Detention Center.  Beginning in 1993 he served for 8 years as a volunteer chaplain at Pelican Bay State Prison in Crescent City, CA.  In 1997 he started as a volunteer for Rogue Valley YFC in the Juvenile Detention Center.  He was appointed the Director of Juvenile Justice Programs in 2002.

Brad leads worship and is part of the teaching team. His primary focus is primarily on the oversight and development of the worship ministry.  Brad was led to Jesus by his older brother and baptized at the age of five, and has faithfully loved and served the Lord ever since.  He is an avid reader and student of the Word, continuing his Biblical studies at Pacific Bible College.  Brad’s heart is to see young people move into a fully committed relationship with Jesus.  He also loves teaching and leading worship while ministering in Mexico, Honduras, Kenya, and Uganda.
