I finished work at 4:30 today and am loving it. I went to the 7-11 around the corner to pick up some wine for tonight and ran into Julie as I passed by a clothing shop she frequents. We chatted for a bit and I invited her over tonight to hang out with me and Ju-Hyeong, who said he’d be dropping by around seven thirty to check out my new place. Since Vaughan has been in New Zealand for the past several months she seems to be a bit lonely so I thought she could use some company.

    Matt stayed the night on Saturday as well and we were up into the wee hours of Sunday morning playing music and chatting. It was nice to see him again, as he has been living in Seoul and not coming out too frequently to Ansan.

    I got home yesterday from the morning classes and had a one hour break where I decided to do a little painting and I got started on a self-portrait. When I finished work that night I came back home at six to finish it, then took it upon myself to begin another one. That one is mostly done and I am planning and starting a third one for a little series today or tomorrow. I am not fully finished with the two but figure that when I have the third one mostly finished I will do the necessary touch-up work on the three of them as a whole.
