Beautiful
The weather today was beautiful, in spite of the yellow dust alerts. Yellow dust is a weather phenomenon which originates in China and is blown east by seasonal winds across the Korean peninsula. At the height of the season a thin layer of gritty yellow film covers everything, which means I will have to refill my windshield wiper fluid tank.
I called Grandma last night, as I sometimes do, and we had a great discussion about literature. I was lent a wonderful book “The Road” by a co-worker of mine which I read yesterday and wanted someone to chat with about it. This afternoon I signed on to facebook and saw that Jeremy had updated his status to something like “Joel needs to answer his brother’s emails” so I called him immediately. In the meantime I was missing a meeting at school because I forgot all about it. I need to check my yahoo email account more often, which is where the reminder for said meeting was mailed to.
