The Sacks Realty Organization maintains its roots in Jersey City, New Jersey where it was founded over 75 years ago by George Sacks, Sr., who operated a residential rental and sales brokerage business.

               During the late 1940's and 50's, the firm grew at a rapid pace to one of the largest real estate operations in the State of New Jersey under the supervision of Robert G. Sacks. During the 1960's, real estate services broadened to other service lines including a dedicated land department, industrial department, a multi-family and investment sales department and property management.

            In addition, a residential construction division was created which developed homes, apartment buildings, and garden apartment complexes throughout the Tri-State region. Sacks Realty Co. eventually became the largest two-family home builder in Hudson County, New Jersey. Today, Sacks Realty Co. continues to focus on building beautiful, high-quality homes throughout Hudson County, New Jersey.

            Sacks Realty converted to condominium ownership, three luxurious hi-rise apartment buildings known as the St. Johns Apartments, containing 828 units in Jersey City. This is the second largest condominium conversion in the State. The Sacks Realty team maintains its headquarters in the 225 St. Pauls Avenue building and provides on-going condominium sales, rental services and commercial real estate services.
