In the email please state the title/theme of the presentation, along with the date and venue, as well as the target audience (Muslim, non-Muslim or mixed). Also detail all other information pertinent to the event, such as the intended duration of the presentation; if there is a Q&A session; is it a single speaker event or a multi-speaker one; the expected number of attendees; whether the event is a ticketed or fee-paying one; if there is to be an official audio/visual recording; the idea and overall purpose behind the event.
