CLIMBING COWLES MTN

In Mission Trails Regional Park and about 2 miles from home . . . a hiker’s challenge.

Also part of Mission Trails Regional Park and a 6 block walk is our fishing and boating reservoir. On this day there was a community Faire.

SIMPSON’S NURSERY

In the southern part of San Diego is a unique Nursery whose owner collects classic cars and displays them free of charge in 2 barns open to the public.

MODEL HOMES

A little further south on the border with Mexico our Building Contractors’ Assoc. built some homes to tour and then sell.

ANIMATED WOOD CARVINGS

Lastly, this 15 minute video is a compilation of ABC and CBS-TV local coverage of Jack’s animated wood carvings when 1st displayed in the San Diego area in 1989 and again in 2001, just prior to his selling the entire collection to The Blazin’M Ranch in AZ ( http://www.blazinm.com ) where they are on display for tourists in their own Wood and West Gallery.
