completely updated the house: painting the interior, adding & refinishing hardwood floors and installing a new kitchen.
To start the Interior Marketing Strategy ( Staging! ) for this home, Jan Maloney Design did a walk-through with the homeowner and realtor, selecting the homeowner’s furnishings that would be used.
A quick proposal was then provided of the rental furniture and accessories needed to give the home that “up-to-date” and welcoming feel.
