Welcome to the website for our villa in Lanzarote.

The villa is situated just one minute walk from the sea front in the popular resort of Playa Blanca and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) plus a 10m x 4m private pool (depth up to 1.6m) The villa sleeps 8 comfortably and is furnished to the highest standards with superior beds. It can be used with either three or four bedrooms (bedroom 1 is excluded when only 3 rooms are required).

Playa Real is a new and peaceful estate in a wonderful location with views of the sea and the magnificent Montana Roca. It has a private gate to the sea-front promenade and is 5 minutes walk to the newly developed area of Natura Beach where you will find restaurants (including a pizzeria, tapas, typical Canarian style, Italian, Argentinian Grill), and a very stylish bar with magnificent views of the bay. There is also a dive school (www.divecollegelanzarote.com), a small supermarket, a gymnasium, and a bar (Bar Arena) which has wireless internet ( for those of you with lap tops), a pool table, dart board and extensive coverage of sporting events. There are tennis courts available at the nearby Hotel Natura. Just 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction you will find Playa Flamingo beach with supermarkets, cafes and various restaurants. The harbour and town centre are a further 15 minutes very pleasant walk along the promenade.

Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo. The town has a lovely pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. Playa Blanca, is a flourishing but tranquil resort, ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

The resort also has a stunning new marina, with a host of waterfront cafes, restaurants, shops and a weekly market.
