We use the Five Disciplines to define each person’s responsibility in creating a work environment that enriches its customers and its employees. The focus is on maintaining an awareness about how we can create effective teams, clarify our direction and path, make data-based decisions to get there, and enroll others in the process. Introducing pragmatic skills allows those who attend to facilitate better meetings, encourage generation of creative ideas, and evaluate the impact of their projects.
