We are skilled professionals in organization development, based on education & pragmatic experience. John received his M.S. from the Johns Hopkins University in Applied Behavioral Sciences and his B.S. from the University of Dayton. Becky has an M.Ed. in Counseling from The American University and a B.S. from Hood College. To stay current in the field, both of us have participated in professional organizations, presenting workshops for the National Organization Development Network, serving on the first board of the Chesapeake Bay ODN, and serving as faculty for National Training Laboratories. We have also made presentations to professional trade organizations such as the Institute of Certified Travel Agents and the Association of Women Business Owners.
We work together in both a professional and personal partnership. John is a contemporary artist, exhibiting his work at a number of galleries over the past years. You are looking at small sections of his art on this web site. He also enjoys riding his Harley through the Western states, and has an ongoing curiosity about what is over the next horizon. Becky has made her dream of nightclub singing a reality. Following in the tradition of Carmen McRae and Ella Fitzgerald, she performs jazz standards in lounges around Albuquerque. She joins John on the Harley, and loves returning to enjoy the serenity of their home in the Rio Grande Valley.
