Special Services to Libraries In addition to corporate and government clients, Schreiber Shannon Associates has been providing consulting services for library and information services since 1982. Baltimore County Public Library first hired us to assist with Human Relations training and a Quality of Work Life project. Through referrals from pleased customers, our services to the profession have grown - as we provide highly respected consultation to library clients across the nation and internationally. We have established ourselves as organization development consultants who understand the needs of librarians and their customers, and the context of the current information services environment. We believe that libraries are the cornerstone of democracy; and that current challenges to their relevancy must be met with aggressive commitment to meeting the changing needs of their customers.
