Final update on the above.

 

Yesterday I went to the Bar Standards Council with my client Lawyer and finally served the Bankruptcy petition on M.

 

As an aside – when I served the initial petition on him almost a year ago he was a small thin man with stubbly beard. Yesterday he was much bigger with a long Muslim type beard, I didn’t recognize him. To cap it all on one of my visits to his house – the address you found and gave earlier I unwittingly saw him leave the address in a car with the beard as disguise. I assumed he was a visitor, this further endorses the fact that it is his address and you were correct despite his residency being denied by the occupants. Well done.
