I was born in 1967 in Seattle Washington and lived there most of my life but have lived in Northwest Arkansas for the last 5 years. I’ve also spent time in Montana, Arizona and Minnesota.
I am one of those fortunate few who truly knew what they wanted to do with their life, I wanted to be creative, no matter what that meant. So over the years I have had the opportunity to work in nearly every aspect of commercial design and advertising, from being the creative director for a clothing manufacturer and a global internet agency as well as the managing executive of the Northwest office of Arkansas’ largest and oldest advertising agency, CJRW Northwest. I started out as a teenager painting cars and motorcycles. I’ve designed logos, ad campaigns, Fortune 100 websites and even named a bank. I’ve launched brands and built a very profitable business. I’ve been a full-time illustrator and part-time copywriter.
Along the way I always maintained a passion for fine art and secretly hoped to one day make it my creative focus and in December of 2006 I did just that.
