One of the key strengths of the Nokia N95 camera is it’s ability to capture images at very short distances, otherwise known as macro photography.
If you’re an avid macro photographer and you need just that little bit of extra detail, you might consider purchasing a Linen Tester (pictured below). They’re dead cheap and fit nicely into any pocket. The plastic lens variety are the cheapest, but it’s the glass lens equipped Testers that really bring out the detail . . .

The image on the left is the ‘enhanced’ macro image and on the right we have the standard N95 close up. As you can see there’s quite a difference! To get the super macro effect you simply hold the lens tight up against the lens bump of the N95 and snap away, maintaining a distance of about 45mm from the subject.
