Ministry Staff are those who invest in life-on-life ministry to students. These are our small group leaders, mentors, teachers, & disciplers. Program Staff are those who focus on the more task oriented aspects of student ministry like media, organization, finance, program development, event planning, etc. There are different job descriptions for each role.
