ATHLETIC LIFESTYLE
Learn how to use your body like an athlete. Develop your total fitness to a whole new level using fun drills, circuits and games.  
 
SPINNING
Spinning is a class on indoor bikes to music, challenging your fitness with hill climbs, jumps and intervals.  This is a great alternative to running to improve your cardiovascular fitness and leg strength.
 
YOGA
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise and meditation, originating in India.  It is designed to work your balance, posture, focus and dynamic flexibility.  An important part of Yoga too is the mind body connection using breathing and visualization techniques.
SWIMMING
This class is primarily for beginners and total non-swimmers.  Many students have learned to swim and become far more confident in the water.  The class is supervised by a certified life guard and taught by professional swim coaches.  Swim clothing and goggles are provided if needed.
MUAY THAI - TRUE WARRIOR FITNESS
This is a unique opportunity to get in shape and learn the art of Muay Thai from a true top professional fighter and owner of True Warrior Fitness, Toby “tiger heart” Grear.  This is a fitness class where you will learn self defense moves such as kicks punches and elbow and knee strikes.
