MAY 31, 2007- UNION HALL
Memphis played at the beautiful Union Hall last week. A nice trip to the Slope, after catching some Career Club @ Southpaw, a group of sentimental Stars fans gathered in the basement to see frontman Torquil Campbell and Chris Dumont on lead guitar enchant the crowd with what I understand to be bossa nova. Whatever it was, it was great. Jade McNelis and Mascot opened up the evening.
