Image Permission
It is likely that your child may be photographed or videoed at a sporting activity or performance. 
 
I give permission for the child named below to have still and moving images taken for celebration purposes, the school notice board, web site, CSSA, Federation & SSCo web site and school newsletter. 
I understand that my child may be interviewed by the media, featured in a press release or appear in the media, both local and/or national, including newspapers, TV, radio and web sites, in any format. Pictures may also appear in Camden Council's publications or on the Council's web site. 
 
I confirm that I have discussed this with my child and they are happy to participate.
