Dear Parent/Guardian,
I have been asked by Camden Sports Development to put together a
Camden Year 7 & 8 girls indoor cricket team for the London Youth Games.
We will be training at Mornington Sports & Fitness Centre from 4-6pm on Thursdays starting on November 8th. The training will last for 10 weeks, up to the trials in February 2008. There will be another 2 weeks of training if we make it to the finals to be held on a Saturday in March 2008.
Your daughter has been selected as suitable for this team. Please sign the form below to signify your consent for her to attend the training and indicate the arrangements you have made for transport to and from the Mornington Sports & Fitness Centre. Transport to the trails will be organized and paid for by Camden.
This is a wonderful opportunity for your daughter to represent Camden and I do hope you will encourage her to come along each week and in kit.
