my career

 

My restaurant career started after college with progressive positions in corporate restaurant management and finished with an entrepreneurial restaurant venture.  The restaurant business can be financially rewarding but it comes at the cost of a quality life.  It was an easy decision to make a major career change and move beyond the restaurant industry.


After taking two months off, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of working for an airline.  The travel benefits would be the perfect reward for the quality of life that was missing during the restaurant years.
