In Mr. Cole’s class we read the Velveteen Rabbit and then we wrote stories based on our stuffed animals and the magic that could sometimes occur given a good imagination. Here are some of our stories.
I am still trying to get a cord for my camcorder. I think I might have found a battery recharger. Until I find some way of bringing power to my camcorder, the dvds that I recorded are lost in the limbo before they burned. The kids are beginning to read their Island stories. I will soon put a link here to another page where they will share their adventures on Star Wars Island. Each student has a profession to help the community. They should know what capital resources are needed to do their job. They also should know if they are supplying a service or creating a good. Once upon a time there was Gilligan’s Island. Now we have Mr. Cole’s Island. Stay tuned for more.
