Welcome and thanks for checking out my work. Before you go in, I’d like to take a moment and address a word that has been on my mind for a while. The word is “green” and everyone sure is using it a lot. Here at the old work shop we’ve been practicing “green” back when it was called responsible, and of course we still do. We never mention the word “green” and you won’t see us marketing the word “green”. But to put you at rest, if you are looking for that word and don’t find it here: Steel is the most recycled material in the world, PERIOD and everything we make contains, you guessed it, STEEL. Our patinas are water based, our clear coat is environmentally friendly, and our lighting is designed for low wattage bulbs, and can even be had with LEDs. We recycle our scrap steel by giving it to less fortunate folks in the neighborhood who take it to the centers in exchange for the best form of green, cash. We waste not, recycle at home, and we’ve even been known to plant a tree or two.

 

So I guess my point is that we’d rather not be thought of as a green company.

Let’s use honest instead.
