About Us

The Folsom High School Mountain Bike Club is in its second organized season in the Northern California High School Mountain Bike Racing League. (See www.norcalmtb.org)  We are going forward with a racing team structure that is different than other high school sports.  This is a participation sport where every rider makes the team if he or she is willing to commit to the workouts.  Mountain biking as a sport is an incredible family activity.  Parents play a larger part in this sport than any other.  Imagine watching your child play baseball from the 3rd base coaching box.  How many other sports can you participate in the practices with your child?  This year we will have lots of fun.
