“In the late nineties I.C.C.F. dogs like Roman's Uno, BelMonte Goliath, Lucca Brazzi, & Cereberus, lined the pages of dog magazines.  Large, heavy boned, beautiful heads, yet agile & athletic.

That's what we bought THEN, that's what we STILL breed NOW!

1/28/09  Just Thinking....

So many people are buying & selling poor specimens of the corso.  Sometimes because of the pups’ supposed

bloodline(s)  (registration)

Important yes...But more important than the actual temperament and confirmation of the pup/dog itself? I particularly don’t think so!

So I guess sometimes a person has to decide to buy a pup because of its temperament & confirmation or because of it’s stellar (supposed) bloodline...

What would you rather end up with...a $1200.00-$2500.00 quality pup or $1200.00-$2500.00 registration paper with a $300.00 quality pup?

Well I guess I’d rather have both...but if I have to choose, the certificate in the desk drawer won’t be much of a companion/protector/sport dog will it?

Again I’d rather have both...but If you had to choose...?
