A group of hard-working individuals who have come together to pool their skills and experiences in the world of housing, investing, and property management.
We, as a company, are still young, and are working on forming an LLC. As soon as we have a Name-search, and its approved, hopefully we’ll have our original name: “Sound Investments”.
Building prosperity through sound investments, and then giving back to the community.

In the beginning...
An Uncle and Nephew realized how much they loved houses and real-estate. Nephew (already having a business degree) went and got his realtor’s license and focused on marketing. Uncle focused on renovations, updates and redesigns of older houses, and investment strategies. They surrounded themselves with experts and craftsmen in many related areas and networked. Their business focused on apartments for rent, houses for rent, houses/condos for sale, flips available, buying properties for cash fast, renovations and redesigns, improving value/equity, improving neighborhoods, and giving back to the community. Uncle and Nephew learned from the masters around them. The results can only be good. This will be their story. Stay tuned...
